I bought a helmet that has a visor that comes off. Do I need to keep the visor on or can I remove it? Also do we get the swim caps in our packets?

| Yes - you can take the visor off and you will get a swim cap in your packet - and you ahve to wear that on they give you. If you click on "wave start times" on the home page find you wave and it will tell you the swim cap color you will be getting. |
